We rebranded and developed a concept to promote local artists and suppliers in line with TWT's mission as Developers to create 'Living Works of Art'. Each apartment features a local Sydney artist and their work.
-Our team took over the entire operational function to enable quality assurance.
-We developed a digital strategy to repair the review system and to promote Neighbourhood.
-The site ranks as one of Sydney's top performing Airbnb properties and boasts an 90% occupancy.
Neighbourhood has been a continual Airbnb Superhost listing across all 10 apartments since 2021.
