We took over the day to day management of this site, starting with a review of the guest experience and mapped out areas where this was at risk.

-Rooms which were below standard were closed or revamped.

-Interior styling and photography was undertaken showcasing the accommodation & bar/restaurant.

-The existing Airbnb listings were upgraded and experiential copy was developed.

-The daily pricing was optimised in line with the refresh

--In room initiatives were developed around dining and drinks to increase overall site profitability

-Our operations team developed a QA strategy to ensure the site was operating at 5 star consistently.

-We introduced regular onsite inspections and management team catch ups to ensure quality.

We managed the Terminus property for around 2 years and helped to raise their profile across Sydney and beyond.
