We took over the day to day management of this site, starting with a review of the guest experience and mapped out areas where this was at risk.
- Rooms which were below standard were closed or revamped.
- Interior styling and photography was undertaken showcasing the accommodation & bar/restaurant.
- The existing Airbnb listings were upgraded and experiential copy was developed.
- The daily pricing was optimised in line with the refresh
- In room initiatives were developed around dining and drinks to increase overall site profitability
- Our operations team developed a QA strategy to ensure the site was operating at 5 star consistently.
- We introduced regular onsite inspections and management team catch ups to ensure quality.
